Dalgona Coffee Recipe

THE BEST DALGONA COFFEE RECIPE OUT THERE!

Ok. I might be biased but I can guarantee you, this one is unique and taste better than you could ever imagine. Plus it’s SUPER EASY!!!


WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Hot Strong Brickhouse Power Coffee. Espresso or cold brew will be great but strong coffee works just as well
  • 1 Tbsp Chocolate whey protein of choice. This does 2 things. It allows you to not only add some chocolate flavor to this (you can certainly use vanilla if you want) but also some protein. More importantly, it makes the frothing possible. Without the protein this would not work unless you used instant coffee and we all know none of you reading this uses that stuff.
  • 6-8 oz of milk
  • Glass mixing bowl
  • Electric whisk. A hand whisk works too but get ready to work!
  • Milk of choice. I like cashew unsweetened vanilla milk but you can use anything you like.
  • Ice. This one shouldn’t be too hard to get unless you live in a cave but if you’re reading this, that means you have internet in a cave and you are making the choice to have internet access and not ice and that is you’re choice. I wont judge you. Live your best life.

HOW TO MAKE

Place all 3 ingredients in the mixing bowl and whisk till still. Fill a class with ice and milk 3/4 of the way up (should be around 6-8 oz of milk) and top with the Dalgona mixture. Yup that’s it. Just make sure to share with a friend but not till this quarantine is over.
