High Protein Peanut Butter Rice Crispy Treats.

These High Protein Peanut Butter Rice Crispy Treats are the Brickhouse version of the plain old Rice Crispy Treat your mom made. Just like the other recipes we have, it’s a better alternative, simple to make and tastes AWESOME!

Ingredients:

  • Large mixing bowl
  • 8 x 8 pan or any container will do. This is just to make bars of equal size to control portions.
  • 3 cups Rice Crispy
  • Half cup light agave nectar
  • Half cup peanut butter/ or nut butter of choice.
  • 2 scoops of chocolate or vanilla protein powder of choice.
  • Dark chocolate optional

  • Combine Peanut butter and agave in microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 sec – 1 min until mixes together easily. Do not overheat.
  • Combine Rice Crispy, Peanut Butter and Agave together in large mixing bowl and mix until fully combined.
  • Transfer to 8 x 8 pan and press down lightly to make even.
  • Optional, Melt some dark chocolate to spread on top
  • Cut in to 8 bars
  • EAT!!!
