Home Gym Equipment list.

Some of you have been asking what kind of equipment I have to work with in my home gym so I decided to make a list of everything I have for you.

Home Gym Equipment List.

I’ll start with the bigger stuff that I use all the time then work my way down.

  • Combo pull up, dip machine
  • Adjustable Straps from spud inc
  • 5′ Axle Bar
  • Exercise ball
  • Yoga blocks
  • Loading pin
  • Fat pad Bench pad
  • High and low removable cable system that I made
  • Cable attachments include: EZ bar, straight bar, V-bar, A Frame, DIY multi bar, Dog Bone, DIY Globe, Strap handles and rope.
  • Plates include: 2-45s, 2-35s, 2-25s, 2-10s, 4-5s, 2-2.5s
  • 2- 25 lb. Dumbbells and Adjustable Dumbbells
  • I also have conventional plates. 6-25s,4-10s,5-5s and 6-3s
  • EZ curl bar
  • 5 lb. Ankle weights
  • Tons of bands
  • Weighted vest
  • Jack stands
  • Wooden blocks
  • Hammock straps
  • Assorted PVC Pipes
  • Fat gripz
  • Hub grip
  • Treadmill

Believe it or not, this is all in my 1 bedroom apartment. I’m sure there’s more laying around in there but these are the things I use the most. If you are looking to add a home gym and you don’t have space, Just look at what I fit in my 1 bedroom. You certainly don’t need anywhere near what I have to get a great workout in. If I had to pick a top 3 for someone with limited funds I would say

  • Pull up/dip combo
  • Adjustable straps
  • Bands. You can use these for everything and they’re cheap.

You can get everything done with those 3 and you can add from there. I would get the cable and weights next, then maybe a bar. Other than those things you can get really great workouts in with just a set of bands. Obviously if you are an athlete this isn’t ideal but for the average person it’s more than enough.
