After 20 years of coaching many different body types, strengths and weaknesses, I have acquired a vast amount of knowledge and experience that will help you get the results you want. No ones training is the same because we are all different. The way we are built, how old we are, past training experience, work, life etc. It’s taken all into account when planning your training cycle.
The Brickhouse Bench program can also be tailored to any single lift. So if you want to work on your squat instead of your bench or log press for strongman, we got you covered.
Includes:
- A comprehensive warm up, stretching/mobility routine to prepare your body for the training ahead and help you recover faster between training sessions.
- Weekly updates to your workouts/training based on your feedback.
- Weekly video analysis to help correct technique flaws and weaknesses
- Suggested training split for the other lifts to ensure maximum results.
- Weekly email support. If you have any questions we are here to help.
How it works
- After we receive your payment we will send you a series of emails and possibly phone calls. The questionnaire is to find out training history, access to equipment, age ect…. If we need any further information we will follow up till we have everything we need to make the best possible program for you.
- Once we have all the information we need we will start doing what we do best.
- You will receive your training at the beginning of each week in the form of an excel sheet.
- After each week we will review your video and feed back to continuously improve your training.
