After 20 years of coaching many different body types, strengths and weaknesses, we have acquired a vast amount of knowledge and experience that will help you get the results you want and deserve. No ones training is the same because we are all different. The way we are built, how old we are, past training experience, work life etc. We take it all into account when planning your training cycle.

Includes: 

  • A comprehensive warm-up and stretching/mobility routine to prepare your body for the training and help you recover faster between training sessions.   

 

  •  Weekly updates to your workouts/training based on your feedback. We take in to account how you feel and how you look on video analysis. This includes outside stress from work or home.

 

  • Unlimited email support. This is great for when life gets in the way. If you can’t make it to the gym and need a quick workout at home, just send us an Email and we will update it for you.

 

How Brickhouse Custom Programs works:

  • After we receive your payment we will send you a series of emails and possibly phone calls. The questionnaire is to find out training history, access to equipment, age ect…. If we need any further information we will follow up till we have everything we need to make the best possible program for you.
  • Once we have all the information we need we will start doing what we do best.
  •  You will receive your training at the beginning of each week in the form of an excel sheet.
  • After each week we will review your video and feed back to continuously improve your training.

    BENCH PROGRAM

    About The Bench/Single Lift Program

    Brickhouse Bench/Single lift Program is designed specifically to work around your other lifts and increase the one lift you may be lagging in. Whether you are a bench specialist or just need some help bringing up one of your lifts, this program is for you.

    This program can also be tailored to any single lift. So if you want to work on your squat instead of your bench or log press for strongman, there’s no problem . This is for you.

    Includes: 

    • A comprehensive warm up, stretching/mobility routine to prepare your body for the training ahead and help you recover faster between training sessions.

     

    •  Weekly updates to your workouts/training based on your feedback.

     

    • Weekly video analysis to help correct technique flaws and weaknesses

     

    • Suggested training split for the other lifts to ensure maximum results.

      CONSULTing

      About Training Consulting

      Our Consulting is designed specifically to work around your schedule and skill set. This is designed for the athlete that has some experience already and needs to take their training to the next level by answering some nagging questions or fine-tune their technique by an expert.

      In our training consultations we help figure out your weaknesses and how to fix them. We help you write a program that allows you to peak on meet day and not in the gym. Fix YOUR technique, so you lift the most for your body leverages.

      This is ideal for those that don’t want to sign up for full custom coaching but want just some guidance.  This will make sure any of those lingering questions you may have will get answered by an expert. We will watch videos that are sent in or a training video live. Whatever it takes to make you better.

      Who shouldn’t buy.
      -Those with little training experience. You should have a basic understanding of how to program and know the movements.

      How it works.
      Purchase the amount of time you would like (Consultations start at 1 hour). We will contact you within 24-48 business hours of your order to schedule your consultation. You will be able to select the day and time that works best for you. Choose a Chat, Phone call, or video call.  We definitely recommend a video call since you will get the best of both worlds.

        This is my review of Brickhouse Bench Program.  1st met Jack back in 2015 at the USAPL Bench Nationals. It was a brief meeting, but from what I saw, he knew the bench press pretty well. Fast forward to September 2018, I was dealing with strength issues, so I finally reached out to Jack for some help. Main goal was to get this bench press number up. In no ways am I a new lifter. I began lifting 20 years ago. So I will say this, each week Jack tested me, pushed me too my limits, which I need. Right off the bat I knew I picked the right guy to help me out. He said I would be doing dips, pull-ups things I usually didn’t do. After working with Jack these past few months I have made some huge gains, not just in strength, body composition has changed as well.         I reached out to Jack at Brickhouse Power after a friend referred me. I have always been very skeptical to the idea of someone to program my workouts and nutrition. I always had the mentality of I can do it better myself or I’d just be wasting my money. However Jack programmed 20 weeks of training and nutrition specifically toward an upcoming strongman competition. He sent me the weekly program ahead of time so I could plan the week accordingly (equipment setup and food shopping) and not to mention available at a moments notice everyday to answer any questions or critique. Long story short, I crushed my current PR’s and made a podium finish in my first open competition and I have Jack from Brickhouse Power to thank.         I’ve been working with Jack for the better part of a year now (or longer?). It started after I was getting burned out from training, meet after meet, I was working non stop to get myself where I wanted to be. But I was done, I needed a break. So I took some time off, and then hit up Jack to help me get back on my feet. And it was the best choice I could have made! Starting myself from scratch, I worked with Jack on nutrition to help me drop weight and fight that ongoing fatigue I had from overworking myself. Jack worked so hard with me, as I tried every week to hit my goals and get my workouts in. On the bad days, he’d just say “we’ll get it next time brother!” And I’d be even more motivated than I was before. Jack worked with me to try different combinations (almost every other week) to really help me get dialed in for a good training plan.
